How to use it

  • Take it to the next material meeting. Work down the list against the stone currently in your specification. Mark each item Confirmed, Pending or Not applicable.
  • Pay attention to what you cannot answer. An unanswered question is not a gap in your knowledge. It is a gap in the documentation, and it belongs to someone.
  • Assign every open item to a person and a date. Most stone failures are not technical failures. They are items nobody owned.

Send me the stone schedule — material references, quantities, thicknesses, project location and timing. I will tell you what needs resolving, and we can define the scope and fee from there.

I work exclusively on the buyer side. No inventory, no supplier relationships, no commission from anyone selling stone.
